What are we up to?

Just to give you an update, we have started the adoption process again. I am completing paperwork, and researching all over again. We have decided to adopt from a different country, and we are excited to see what God is going to do through this process. We are not ready to share the name of the country at this time, but hope to do so in the near future. We ask that you pray for our family, as we are in the middle of schooling two children, and starting this process again. As many of you know, this is time consuming. I want to be able to get the paperwork done in a timely manner, but I also don't want my children to feel neglected. Please pray that I will use my time wisely. We hope that this time, we will be able to bring a little baby girl to our home. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers!!!!

I can't wait to see this movie. It opens Sept 26. I think everyone should go see it!!!

We are happy to announce that Maya is in the home God planned for her. On Tuesday, we found out that Maya was adopted to a French family back in February. We don't understand why we had to go through this hard time, but we know that God has a plan for our family and we can't wait to see what it is.

So, this is my first post for a new journey. I never thought that this was how things would turn out, but we are going to finish what God called us to do. We aren't sure exactly what we will do now, but we are leaning in one direction for now. There is another Asian country that we are looking into. Please pray that God would give us clear direction, and show us exactly where He wants us to adopt from. I really appreciate all of you who have been so supportive of us. Your kind words, emails, and prayers have meant so much. I pray, that sometime in the near future, we will be able to share with you the joy of adopting our daughter. Until then....
